what the fuck /fit/, I'm DYEL by /fit/ standards
tldr: fucking acne - any of you bro's had experience with accutane? I've got a family history of MPB, and I'd rather not lose my full head of hair
Can't answer your question OP, but I was wondering if any of you guys had any experience with creams for hyperpigmentation scars left by acne. This shit's worse than the acne itself imo.
>a wild spot appears
How do I make it disappear quickly ? I'm seeing my gf in 2 days
pls halp /fit/
shit, exact same problem anon. I shaved using a new razor/blade and got 3 irritation spots (even though my shaving form is top tier) they look like cuts/acne, bretty embarassing. I use dual action concealer (inb4 makeup faggot) to hide it, the concealer doesn't mess with it healing either.

Turns out you can be in shape and natty.
Sorry prince summer. Thought for a moment /fit/ was a blue board.
Found it in a /gif/ thread, the same guy would pull out his monster cock and get the reactions. That was just my favorite so I saved it
All you have to do is quit jacking it. All that lost testosterone is fucking you over. Quit it for a month and you'll definitely see a quicker growth in weight, more gains, less-to-none acne, and facial hair when you previously had little.
>suck my balls
It's been so long since I've heard someone say that
>hurr durr I dont give a fuck about rules
>trying to be edgy on 4Chan
Shiggy. How old are you? 12? Pathetic.
NO. Fucking newfags. This is NOT Fitness and health anymore. It is just fitness!
Nothing to talk about.
>Caring about the rules
> hating on a health related thread on a fitness forum

Do you have some sort of superiority complex? Do you feel better about yourself wasting your own time enforcing rules no one cares about
Go away unpaid janitor
i hear good things about needle rollers. They were somewhat deregulated so you dont need to go to a derm to get one anymore. I was thinking about using them since i have stretch marks.
The only problem i can see with them is that you need to use them for a long time to see results and the rollers have a finite number of uses and replacing them is expensive.
;_: I think my acne is starting to clear up. I think I was just a late bloomer in terms of puberty, I'm finally getting a decent amount of facial hair and just got my first nipple hair at 18 so hopefully the acne will go away soon
OP i saw this on here before and il give you the advice.
vitamin A will cure your acne. but at great cost.
i took 8,000IU a day (one gel capsule). it worked very well. but i also went binge drinking on it and i couldnt shit for a month and lost all my gains.
blood test came back normal so my liver was still functioning but i fucked something up
vitamin A in retinol palmitate form, not the precursor. It made the redness on my chin go away, not a single pimple left, and all my marks almost gone. i had the skin of a girl with makeup on.
but it fucked my liver. so i will tell u, if u do this, be very careful...
if u dont want to be that extreme, i use tumeric+honey masks every few days and aspirin as a spot treatment.
i never got anything from Benzoyle peroxide or salycilic acid
Dont touch on accutane, its just weird form of vit A molecule (because cant patent vit A, right). No benefits over real thing, and buttloads of side effects.
Just eat beef liver 200g per week and you are set on that front.
the flaw in that, is that many people dont convert beta-carotene into vitamin A very well. some people dont convert it at all. read around pubmed for this, it's there.
i m one of those people. carrots dont do much for me. but retinol palmitate forces vitamin A into your system unregulated. dangerous but very effective
Currently on accutane. My acne wasn't so severe so I only take 20mg.
I have done three months already and am nearly completely acne free, would totally recommend.
Only side effect I've had is extremely dry lips and that's about it.
My dermatologist recommended hydroquinone 4% for some months which is supposed to be the best thing against hyperpigmentation but it didn't do much for me.
I'm currently using Pigmentclar by LaRoche-Posay and it seems to be working really well. It's expensive in my country though.
