Anyone supplemented with DHEA , to increase testosterone ? I got my blood checked and have low test and she said it's better to not get trt so she put me on DHEA . I've read a lot of different views online , most saying it won't boost test and even maybe boost estrogen in young males . Which is an issue I have . Am I doing myself a disservice ? I'm currently taking 25mg DHEA and 50 mg Zinc and dim avail to try and boost zinc . Any other supplement you'd recommend ?

Stretching should be fine so long as it's unresisted, does not cause pain, is within your normal range of motion and so long as you closely monitor it.
The issue here is that inflammation can cause irritation to your shoulder joint complex, so the extent of work you'll have to do in rehab can only really be determined once you give it time enough to heal. Treat yourself kindly and be smart, otherwise, see a PT if you want a personalised plan for recovery.

I'm new to /fit/ and I have some questions.
I'm trying to increase my rep range of pull ups but I am stalling. I tend to unintentionally shorted my range of motion when I doing 14-22 pull ups. So the problem seems to be the technique of my pull up.
Do you have any advise on improving my pull up technique?
Any supplement exercises to increase pull ups?
