Im thinking about doing a 10 day fast. Im not overweight at all, maybe 5-10kg. But I want to get rid of it. Not eating anything, except for water/coffee/tee. Has anyone had experience with this?

You need to build up to doing a long fast like that over 3 months, look up a dude on youtube, think his name is Tyrone Magnus or something (not meme-ing) just search 'black guy water fasting' or something and he'll tell you how to do it safely.

Yo /fit/ bros I need to change my diet from eating 10 k calories a day to something that will not kill me because I am a 400 lbs ham planet that needs to loss 200 lbs. Using my virgin intellect I thought it would be a good idea to get a cookbook so I can cut the fast food and watch my eating habits, but I have no idea on what kinda cookbook a ham planet like me could use. So if anyone could recommend one I could get that would be pretty dope.

I want to start doing meal replacements with protein shakes to help me lose weight, is Muscle Milk the best option?

Muscle milk has less protein than regular protein powder but has a lot of added nutrients which could let me eat less while keeping my nutrition up, or would it be better to just use regular protein powder?
