is it ok to squat with both oly shoes and plates under heels? its the only way i can stay upright.

you clearly have some serious issues with dorsiflexion, stretch as much as possible and see if that helps
you may also just have some structural issue that restricts your dorsiflexion that cannot be fixed, in which case that might be the only way you can squat (but i imagine having a heel that elevated would put a lot of force on your knees, and at that point i would probably just find an alternative to squats)

I can bench 180 for ~20 reps (or even more, never tried that) which translates to 225 for 10 reps but im able to do only 5 reps with 2 plates when im fresh. I can't even get 5 on next set. Why is that? Do i need to increase my bodyweight?

Just do something like 5-3-1. It sets your training weight at 90% of your max. Also, calculating your max based on anything more than 5 reps is gonna result in errors.
Week1 is warmup then 3x5 with each new set an increasing % of training max. Last set is for max reps. Week2 is 3x3 with even greater percentage of training max. Last set is max reps.. Week3 is 5-3-1 with last set being near training max.
It combines volume and very heavy loading of the muscles. You can finish off your workout with something like 5x10 DB bench at about 50% of your bench barbell max.

drink three 8 oz glasses of spirulina
eat a handful of raw cacao
eat a tablespoon of coconut oil
do as many pushups as you can (this parts important to push it as hard as you can)
do this daily and you can sit at a computer all day while losing 2-3 pounds every 24 hours. just cut down on your pigging out by about 10-15%, you can still eat a lot of junk food.
you can sit on your ass all day and lose weight if you do this
now, if you want to take it to the next level (for those who aren't as lazy)
do what i prescribed above but also run half a mile everyday on top of that and you can lose an extra pound a day
it varies for every person, for me it's about 4-5 pounds per day lost at this rate if i run too.
bottom line, this myth that losing weight is "hard" is total balogne. losing weight is a breeze if you are consuming the right supplements and doing very little fitness, you dont need to run until you collapse. when i stop all supplements and fitness i gain weight very quickly.

Do rows at every workout, and do them right. Do static hangs where you contract your shoulders only. Don't skip deadlifts. Do wall angels every 30 minutes through the day.
Fixing this problem will make a bigger impact in your appearance and how people view you than anything you will ever do on benchpress. So make it a priority.
