Depends, what did you eat on vacation?

Was the atmospheric pressure enough to make your red blood cells carry less oxygen? (i.e. closer to sea level)

How intense training did you have prior to vacation vs. when you got back.

I've noticed that if I quit lifting for about a month my bp shoots down 30lbs and I can only squeeze out 4-5 reps. Much less sets. But after the noob loss of 20-35lbs it pretty much stagnates there forever. Most I've ever lost on my bp was 40lbs one rep max and thats because I stopped working out after high school.

Also when you stop taking creatine you'll notice big time.

I'm stuck on roughly 55 hot dogs in 10 minutes. I eventually want to make a run at Joey Chestnut ,72 hotdogs/10mins. I train every other week but I just can't seem to get up to 60+ hotdogs/10.

Is it more of a mental barrier or are there fitness things I can do?

I'm 5'10, started dieting and walking more about 5 months ago, and have since dropped from 265 to 205 lbs.
I will have access to all the weights I can want at my school Gym wen the Semester starts in 2 weeks.
What should I do with my caloric intake until then? what should I do when I start lifting?
