Doctors suspect I have TMAU which causes my bad breath and that's why I avoid going to gym. I'm afraid if I start going regularly, people will get mad over time and talk behind my back (it has happened a lot before, in workplace and school). Should I kill myself already or just not give a fuck? Anyone here have a similar problem?

I just googled tmau, that sucks man. get some binaca

where a hazmat suit.
it'll also make the workout that much harder, which = more gains.
>>42823216
wear one of those oxygen masks. I see some using them for intense cardio. it's nothing out of the ordinary.
Should i take pre or post work out supplements if im looking for more gains after hitting a plateu? Do they work?
>>42823000
Yeah they do help. But don't become reliant on them or they will lose the benefits they can provide in pushing through a plateau.
In all honesty, no memes:

Pic related, it's me on the left. Just realized that I'm already at my max size. Feel like, no matter what, porcine beauties will never view me like they view prize pigs.
Any fellow hamlets know this feel? How do you cope?

Shoot up the gym
Hello /fit/izens I used to train daily for 4 hours a day but havent done anything for 2 months.....
I mainly did olympic weightlifting snatch, clean and jerk, squats and deadlifts.
So my question is can anyone recommend me a routine for muscle gain and fat loss?
No experience in fat loss.

>take first protein shit of day
>wait an hour for the rest of the carbs to come out
gotta love it.
Take 2 weeks off from lifting because its very busy at my job
Went again today, it was total shit
>Strenght gone, struggle with 1,5pl8 bench while normally I can easily manage 2pl8
>Endurance gone, tired fast, muscles give out fast, 5-6 reps is all I can manage
>Flexibility gone, joints feel uncomfortable, lots of weird feelings in my shoulder
Wtf /fit/, why did my body get totally out of shape so quickly, I still ate properly during those 2 weeks
> "Steroids magically make you huge because of hormones! CICO is false when lifting geared!"
> "Keto makes you magically lose weight because of hormones? That can't possibly be true! All diet is dictated by CICO!"
really makes me think
its just hard to overeat when low carb. tho the body does run differently on ketones physiologically afaikfamalam
>>42821968
>steroids magically make you huge because hormones
They don't. You have to diet and train just as well as normal, steroids just make what you do a lot more effective.
Anon look if you really believe keto "magically" makes you lose weight regardless of calories then do a test. Eat at or above your maintenance for an extended period of time, on keto, and see if you still lose weight. I mean, if you genuinely believe what you yourself are saying then even on 4000 calories a day you'll drop weight on a ketogenic diet, right? Why argue about it instead of just testing it yourself?
Steroids make your body use energy more effectively.
The recomp steroids give is basically your body grabbing calories from the protein you digest and the energy stored in your body to build new muscle in a recomp-like fashion.
It's how bodybuilders "Grow into the Show" by blasting gear. The gear gives them god-like nutrient partitioning.
Why haven't you started working on your "gaze" yet /fit/? When will you understand that it is all in the gaze?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rvgIrpIgqDM
Better stop spending so much time at the gym and get to sharpening that gaze.
achievable natty?

yes. but hes not that big he just looks good due to genetics (good insertions and muscle bellies)
Feelin' /fit/, buddy?
Grill hgas B12 deficiency.
Just said that GP told her that Red top (skimmed) milk has more B12 in it than other milks.
I can't think why this would be. Surely by skimming fat off (thats the only difference right?) you'd reduce the amounts of any vitamins - if any real affect?
Perhaps she meant more B12 in relation to overall calories?

And Milk.
>>42821840
You could have used google to find your answer as it seems it's pretty well known that there is more b12 in skimmed milk.
That said you could read the labels on the milk and found out that way.
A colleague of mine had severe b12 deficiency and he drinks a 0.5l no sugar energy drink every day. Most of those are loaded with b12
>>42821840
b-12 is water soluble, meaning you find it in the aqueous part of milk. Taking the fat out leaves more room for the aqueous part, with all the b-12. It doesn't have "more" b-12, it just has less "not b12"
