Should I purchase a tracksuit to embrace my Slavic identity? I asked my mother why my ancestors were into squatting and wearing tracksuits and she said that it's something we did in the "old country".

Anyone else feel like caffine crashes their testosterone level? I can wake up with morning wood and tight muscles and if I have a cup of coffee my motivation and intesity decreases. The worst is the ECA stack, which legit makes me feel castrated.

Is this a thing or am I just some unlucky outlier?

This is a problem close to my heart. Had what I thought was assne since early teens, 30 now. Tried everything including going to a dermatologist. Nothing worked. Then I discovered this tip online, suggesting it is KP and not acne. Solved the problem within a few weeks. Just gotta exfoliate that shit.
