If you're sore more than 2 days after a workout, you're doing yourself wrong.

You either need cardio, more food, more water, or more sleep.

2 days is how long your body works on repairing tissue damage. If it takes longer than that, your metabolism/hormone balance goes hay wire and you are just damaging yourself.

You should be good to go on the same body part on the third day.

So I've got a bit of a diet problem I thought you guys could help me out with.

I'll be going to college in a couple of days, and I'm planning on doing dedicated meal prep while I'm there since I don't want to risk the college food.

Unfortunately I have religious dietary restrictions on the types of meat I can consume, so while I can purchase chicken breasts at home that adhere to those restrictions, I couldn't find any grocery stores near my campus that supplied the same kind of chicken I needed.

If you are 5.5 feet tall that means you are 5 foot 6 inches tall (half of 12 is 6)

117cm is 69.6 inches.

Find the lowest whole foot then add the remainder

12 x 1 = 12
12 x 2 = 24
...
12 x 5 = 60

5 foot + 9.6 inches = 5' 9.6" ~ 5'10"
