Is google accurate in their calorie estimates?

What can I do when I'm clean bulking (3000-3500 cals) and feel terrible? I have to force feed myself and keep myself from throwing up. I used to be on a paleo/low carb diet where I consumed 250g of protein a day and tons of vegetables and some milk alongside very low carbs (<50g) and I felt phenomenal. I was able to run and exercise for hours and push myself conpletely to the limit and keep having energy for more. Now I get winded just walking down the street. I upped my carb consumption by a ton, which i think is the reason why i feel bad.

Can gyno come out of nowhere? I was 190 at 5 feet and 8 inches. And my chest was fine, not strong, but no gyno. A month goes by and bam my nipples are puffy, and it's noticeable through my shirts. Whenever I wear shirts all I see are my nipples. I ask my brother and he says he doesn't see anything weird, but it bothers me so much. I lose 15 pounds steadily, my stomach goes down, but I still see puffiness in my nipples. Sometimes there's even pain in them. Any help plsssss.

The other issue is that even though I'm 19, my parents control every aspect of life, so I can't just make a doctor's appointment without consulting my parents, which I don't want to do

I do each paragraph on a day, and I take a break usually every 2 days where I usually run or do yoga or something. the Ab work out format got messed up and didn't include all that I do, but I usually do abs after every leg day

I'm writing this here because a lot of you guys seen really dedicated to improving your lives, but you also seem depressed a lot.

I'm in the same boat and recently went through a really tough period of life I'm trying to work out of.

Everyday, just write out things you are grateful for. Do this for 10 minutes. This is cheesy self-help 'bs' but it will INSTANTLY begin making your life better.

Do this for 2 weeks and your life will have improved a noticable amount; I guarantee it.

I don't know how to explain it, but it's like part of your brain "turns off" when you are resentful toward life or other people. You'll fail to see straightforward solutions to your problems, and you'll seemingly always do things wrong, so that no matter how hard you work, you fuck something up.

Discovered the scale at the gym today. I just ate a huge meal and had to take a shit, weighed in at 145 6'0. Progress considering I used to be 125.

I mean what can you even work out at that weight? I use to be a stick at 150 6'0 back when I literally had cancer. did no exercise until I got to at least 160 and even then it was light workouts and short times to avoid burning to much calories.

I am know at 175 and getting stronger little by little.
