There is no point. I keep telling my friends this and they don't get it.
But anyways, I have a six pack and drink regularly. I drink a lot too. I also work out a lot. As long as you stay active you can do it. Having a fast metabolism helps. It's probably not very healthy but whatever I'm going to enjoy myself.

As a fat fucker down 50lbs in 5 months, being given a hand me down fitness tracker gave me a reachable goal to shoot for every day.
Most people think walking isn't useful exercise. Turns out if you make 10k steps your minimum, it really can help.
Anyway ,I've already upgraded to a Garmin for hiking, and it also helps tracking lifts which the old tracker couldn't do.
TL;DR: for motivated fatties it can provide useful guidance and info.

Also one of my best investments, a soda fizzer for 80$ CDN, so probably like 60 American. Carbonate a few litres of water and add lemon or lime juice(maybe both if you're feeling adventurous) and you have a delicious drink that's more filling than regular water, tasty and has about 2 calories per litre, at most.
Gas is only about 25$ and can easily last 6 months to a year, plus if you're really serious about carbonation you can get adapters to make any paintball canister work with your carbonator, essentially making gas free
