I'd say cold food doesn't make you fuller, but you're right it does make your organism burn more calories in the digestive process.

I´m going to start rowing at uni, this is core/quad and back/bicep heavy. Regarding this what would be a good 3 times-a-week split to do lifting next to rowing practice? I allready tried 5x5 icecream and it didnt really work for me, upper lower worked better, but wont I get imbalanced if you row a lot also?
rowing is cardio, just make sure you swap between bow and stroke side every few months so you don't become super disfigured

On my most recent cut, I've decided to track weight (almost)daily, and carb up once a week.
With glycogen I hold between 7-10lbs of water.
Uberfatties probably hold significantly more water than me. If the product is low carb, and has a mild dieuretic effect it seems pretty reasonable to lose 10lbs in a week
