Is there such a thing as "too much water"?

I've heard a lot of it: flushing out micros, unnecessarily stressing your bladder, whatnot.
Also: In a healthy human, doesn't the body tell you what it needs? (Hunger, thirst, sleep, ...)

Many on here seem to claim "the more, the better."

Because I have to do them in the hallway that leads into the uni weight room. If I do this is in the hallway, which is a high traffic location, there is a chance that a girl from one of my classes will pass by me and I will be forced to face my social anxiety and talk to her.

Is it really important to eat breakfast when trying to lose weight or is it just a meme?
I'm always too tired and stressed out to prepare breakfast in the morning so I usually skip it and just eat at lunch.

Whats your daily routine like bruh?

Its always good to eat breakfast just because it gives you energy at the beginning of the day when you need it.

I work 8-5 daily and when I get to the office in the morning, I just put a bowl of oats + full fat milk into the microwave, and I take a banana from the bunch I always keep on my desk.

Breakfast also helps set your sleep cycle. It sounds odd but its true. Even just a banana would probably do the trick.

Sleep is imperative to maintaining a health weight.

No it depends on your life style. I reject dinner in favor for a large breakfast, I love eating in the morning I feel great all day.

I eat around 3 sausage links (quiet large) three eggs and 2 slices of bacon every morning. I'm a keto fag tho so do what you please.

Should I completely eliminate milk and cheese?
Will I have calcium deficency if I do this?

Why would traps make your shoulders look smaller? That doesn't make sense unless it's terribly out of proportion, i.e. the shoulders are underdeveloped. Huge overdeveloped arms could also make your shoulders look smaller.

What traps do is make your torso look longer, and make you look overall more masculine. This is good for lanklets with long limbs and smaller midsections (and naturally lower test).

Hey /fit/, I've been cutting for the past 3 months and now at the end of my cut at 2200 calories. (aggressive cut, about 750-800 deficit). I'm going to start a normal bulk (about 500 surplus), but read around and some people say you should reverse diet when changing from cutting to bulking. I thought about it and shit like, adding 500 calories my first week, and then like 300 per week until I'm up to 3500. Is this worth it doing, or should I just go up to 3500 right away? Asking because I'm fucking tired of cutting and eating less in general, and going up to 3500 right now would untrigger me, instead of it being weeks until then.
