About four years ago I fucked something up in my upper left back, just to the left of my spine in the trap region

If I do a shrug or rowing type motion there's an extremely sharp concentrated pain, like someone stabbed a knife and just started twisting it around

What should I do? It only hurts when I lift (I'm trying to get back into lifting after a few years off) but it hurts a fucking lot

Alright, so, I've finally entered the world of SARM's and shit, but ran into a dilemma. I decided to use powder this cycle, but did not receive a transfer scoop with it. Does anyone know where I could get 5-10mg transfer scoop from? I've included an image of what I'm after. Appreciate the help.

I have bad knees, where I can't do any major weight-bearing exercise that requires me to stand and put any pressure on my knee ligaments (squats, even deadlifts, etc.).

Is the iso-lateral leg press just as good as squats, if I for example push myself by doing one-legged presses? I do feel soreness after using this machine, so I feel like it is working...

Not too sure how this affects your knee differently than a squat though.

I have the same exact issue. Any squat is too hard for me to complete correctly due to pain in the knee. Front squats are better than back, but not by much.

This press, as well as the hack press machine (not sure if that's the right term) are good for me.

I also can't do leg extensions.
