What would happen if someone was to eat nothing but Multivitamins, Whey, Rice, and Olive Oil? I'm trying to help my buddy bulk up but he can only afford 25 dollars a week for food.

This is directed to people who are actually ripped and have a LOW body fat percentage:

Do you actually eat six meals per day? How do you prepare all this food - daily, or weekly?

Can you post your daily meal plans for me? Here is what I eat every day:

Breakfast - greek yogurt with berries and ground flaxseed/chia seed

Snack 1 - two chicken tenderloins

Snack 2 - handful of cashews and almonds

Lunch - Tuna Salad over spinach with a chopped tomato

Snack 3 - whey protein shake (50g + fat free milk) after workout

Dinner - variable

I feel this is working ok for me in terms of a lean bulk, but it's going kind of slowly. Also, I don't have six meals but rather snacks + 3 meals.

What works for you?

6 meals is unnecessary. Just eat whenever you want and hit your macros.

I can not for the love of god follow a iifym or if or some bullshit fade diet.
I have to stick to the basics
Meal 1: Quark + oats + Whey
Meal 2: chicken + rice + greens
Meal 3: Quark + Whey
Meal 4: beef + potatoes + greens
Meal 5: eggs

Cook the chicken /beef in advanced for a week freez it and pop it in the pan/microwave

hey fit, my gf just broke up with me and I know that sport helps but I already did sport before so should I spend 2x time at the gym or look for alternative sports (lol cardio, climbing etc.)?

Due to personal reasons I had to take a week long break from the gym. Before the break I was just about to hit a 170 kg deadlift, and a 100 kg bench. Now, three weeks later, I can barely lift 160 and 90 kgs. I've been running 5/3/1 Who Was CNS? for about 7 months, and am currently thinking about switching it up. Is it a good idea? and what would /fit/ recommend for powerlifting (or just getting stronger in general) purposes?

Hey fit, my bench is at 200, my squat is at 250 and my deadlift is 275. Ive run stronglifts and im stalled and cant do shit anymore for my upperbody lifts. I have looked at texas method but many claim the volume stalls your pressing movements. My main goal is to get bigger, secondary to get stronger, but i know i need to continue my linear progress gains so what program should i hop on?

What's your caloric surplus looking like?

Is your lifting program the only exercise you are doing weekly (including manual labor at work)?

Have you done a de-load recently or at all? That would probably be my first recommendation: de-load to ~80% of your current working weights and work your way back up on the same program you're already doing. Only change being to add another ~250kcal/day to your surplus. If you work back up to 200/250/275 and stall again, it may be time to look into a different program, but when you adopt a new program it's smart to de-load again.
