hey /fit/ i love jogging in the mornings and sprinting but i fucking hate doing it in the 110 degrees California heat and don't really want to do it at the gym, I much rather do it in the comfort of my own home where i an get up, eat breakfast, jog in a nice cool air conditioned room and than take a nice shower.

so i wanna buy one.

you guys got any recommendations where i can buy a cheep treadmill? doesn't have to be anything fancy, something i can run on and keep track of time and miles i ran.

hey /fit/, fatty here at 208 pounds currently, losing weight for 5 weeks not, started at 220. I wanna know whats a good weight goal for my high of 6'0 (male) where ill no longer be considered fat.

idk why but 155 pounds is stuck in my mind but everyone tells me that way too skinny, that Auschwitz mode for my height

so what is a good weight goal where i'll no longer have fat chubby cheeks and moobs


i know i should care about that and just keep losing, but ilike setting goals that i can strive towards without flying blind until i hit a point where im satisfied

The fat on my face is disproportionate to the fat on the rest of my body, you can see my ribs but my cheeks look like a fucking chipmunk's. I know spot reduction doesn't work but i'm at 8-12% body fat and i don't want to eat at a caloric deficit because i don't want it risk my gains, how can i help get rid of this fat without eating less?

I'm 18m, 5'9 130 pounds, 12-15% body fat. I eat 2500+ calories a day (about 60g protein).
Want to become bigger and fitter, but I have no access to a gym. My only workout equipment is a pullup/chinup bar and a rowing machine.

For the past few months I've been doing an impromptu workout regime and have had some results, gained 10 pounds and body fat unchanged:
10 chinups, 10 diamond pushups, 15 situps, 1 minute break. As many repetitions as possible. Next day jog 4 miles. One day break.

Is there anything else i can do to improve or will my body type just hold me back.

Any help of any kind highly appreciated, including changes to my workout or my diet.

Hi /fit/

I've recently started squatting and I figured this would be an issue. I've got flat feet and as a result my feet kinda do pic related. They bend inwards. And so I'm feeling some stress in my ankles when working out.

Does anyone have any experience with squatting with this disorder? Can I just get ankle braces?

I've got them too but have no problems with my feet or knees when squatting. I've made it a habit to bend out my feet so that they don't bend in

theres like stretches you can do. i have the same issue but never really did anything about it. basically try to not be flat-footed; curl your feet purposefully and try standing on your toes instead of the heel

also ankle braces are """bad""" because they keep the muscles that would support you from strengthening thus making you weaker and more reliant on the braces

/F/ First time here. I'm cuttting a lot and have lost 20 pounds so far ( another 30 to go I'm hoping ) , but I also want to gain a nice puffed out chest too.

I look more like the guy on the left, but I want to get a chest / shoulders like the guy on the right.

Is there any recommendations to targeting that area in workouts or any specific guidelines you use ?

Lifting weights, I feel like my muscles have more in them, but somehow I huff and puff like no tomorrow and just run out of breath before I can finish a set.

Do I do more cardio to combat this or what?

I like to hold my dick in my hand while running on the treadmill. My dick is so big though that it takes both hands just to stabilize it. I have to do bent over rows with this 30 pound monster just to stop it from flapping everywhere while I'm on the treadmill. I got blood drawn 48 hours ago, however my right arm is still sore as shit. I went to do curls today and it was painful as hell. How do i speed up its recovery besides stretching, and what are some good stretches for it?

I'm having trouble starting out working out I'm trying to do simple exercises at home.
but I'm having real trouble with sit ups because I'm super skinny when I do them I have to roll over my coccyx and it's very uncomfortable any advice
