Hi, what are some good intermediate FULLBODY 3x week programs? Did SL, GSLP but I cant progress now. Tried PHUL and PPLx2 but hates them. It seems most intermediate prgorams are splits, which I dont like. So what are your recommendation?

PS: Ik a lot of old school bodybuilder (Steeves Reeves, Reg Park, Arnold) built their base on fullbody programs, but cant seem to find their intermerdiate ones.

Also keep cutting. You're body fat is still too high, but if you've been making good progress it shouldn't be a problem. Don't be tempted to bulk until you're around 10% body fat, otherwise you'll just get fat again. So lose another 15 kilos and then slow bulk.

hi /fit/ was looking for some insight. I'm 20 years of age and have been lifting for 4 years now. I have all the symptoms of low test (no facial hair, low libido, often tired). I've tried EVERY natural remedy there is, you name it ive done it. My Free testosterone levels ranged between 350-380ng/dl between 3 tests. My (australian) endocrinologist said that while this is in the normal range its low for a 20 year old. He said there is not much he can do and offered to send me to a specialist clinic on the other side of the country to see if they can help me. Should i just say fuck it and jump on test for the rest of my life?? thanks guys
