I'll be honest, I don't feel like doing research and creating my own workout regime. I'd rather my phone just tell me exactly what to do and when. I just want to build lean muscle and lose weight (already fasting). Can /fit/ help me out?

Spoonfed app workouts are as shitty as private trainers. Go to YouTube and pick exercises you like, make a list if you have to. Picking from varieties of different exercises has helped me personally stay motivated.

Just fast for 4 days and analyze the results. If you have enough willpower it won't be a problem.

you can go for more than 4 but I suggest starting with that.

Fasting is a no go for me. Ive done it and it works great but after the fast my body become a bottomless pit.

Will power is the real issue.

I'm not talking about muscle and bone density only,I want to know at what age do men reach their peak with all factors considered. Metabolism, looks,muscle,stamina,cardiovascular endurance,and other things I probably don't know about . What's the age in between for reaching a perfect balance between all of them?

Anyone have some sage advice and/or personal experience with quitting sugar and caffeine?

I've let myself go for a few years after being "the buff guy" in my friend circle and now I have a muffin top and gut while retaining some of my trap and arm definition. I am fat babby bear mode and it's depressing.

What supplements/foods have you guys focused on to kill your sugar/caffeine cravings and withdrawal symptoms? My family is diabetic so I think that the sugar might be what fucks my weight loss over despite the cardio and lifting I do.

Is doing 3x8 instead of 3x5 acceptable on a strength program? I know 3x5 is better for strength but I'm a bit paranoid about not gaining muscle so I just want to throw on 3 extra reps per set.

just do accessories if you feel the need. The faster you get your strength levels up the faster you can start hypertrophy focused training with actual weight. That's the secret to gains most people here seem to be oblivious about for some reason. Going 3x10 on bench with 50kg will grow your chest less than doing it with 100kg
