Anybody do Smith-machine-only workout plans?
My apartment has a gym and it's really nice except for the fact that there is no olympic barbells.
So no bench press, no free BBs for deadlift, no squat rack.

The smith machine is great for getting jacked, better than barbell (Dorian Yates got better gains from smith machine squats than barbell squats, look it up).
Dont listen to the powerlifting fatsos like jason blaha and rippletits who say barbells are better.

This pic is from a year ago and i havent really made any progress since then, even tho i lift regularly.
I know my physique is mediocre but i seem not to be able to make progress anymore. Also my lifts are not very good. I squat ~110kg for reps, deadlift 160kg 3x5 and bench 100kg 3x5.
I also count my macros und eat healthy.
Any anons here that hit a huge plateau and have overcome it? I only lift 3 days a week and prefer to keep it like that. The gym is pretty far away and lifting isnt my #1 priority.

Right now Im not interested in doing a complete workout. From skinnyfat I am now skinny, but with a little muscle definition. The thing is there is one muscle that has never grown: My chest.
Back has grown, arms have, legs have exploded, abs have, but chest is still small.
