>sit down on bench
>right before you go down drop one of them
>do heavy unilateral bench
The pec that doesn't get worked out will get confused as hell and grow anyways.
You'll also surprise your core and get excellent stabilizer gains.

Moderate but regular cardio, every fortnight-month do long distance hiking/biking, lift but don't do bodybuilding or powerlifting (aka too intense loads/volume), be generally active in your everyday life (don't sit all day and walk/bike to stores etc.) but don't overdo it (standing/walking for 10hours), eat healthy, go to the doc every year but don't take meds on the reg, don't forget the dentist, brush at least twice daily, floss everyday, don't smoke, don't overdo coffee/alcohol, be happy, find love (sorry brahs), family, friendships, have children, sleep well, generally take things in moderation, have awesome genes, have luck so you don't injure yourself in an accident.
tl,dr: have common sense (and act accordingly) and you will live long.
