The way you act comes from your experiences and circumstances.

For example, every loser has that story of a loser friend in school who suddenly becomes attractive or accepted among a better group and changes completely to the point where you two now act like strangers. And that happens because his daily activities and interactions changed, and so did his personality, because that's nothing but a set of cumulative responses to recurring events.

That's why you can't reason your way into a new mindset. That's why losers feel like their "real" personality is hidden inside them and they can't really act on it. You're bound to who you are by something outside of yourself.

If a guy becomes attractive, the way people react to him will change, and so will he by extension, at least if he allows the change to happen.

Have to go until failure, and you can't be busting out 50 reps either. I do 5/3/1 or 5x5 most squat days for example, and on a volume day once a month or so I'll blast out 15 reps of 225 with no more than a second of pause in between reps, rack, wait 30 seconds, blast out another 10, rack, wait 30 seconds, blast out another 8 or so, drop to 185, blast out as much as possible, rack, 15 seconds, blast out like 3 reps then my legs are just fucking done.

Try doing heavy drop sets like that on volume days. I'm usually unable to walk afterwards. I do similar shit for bench, but it's rare I do volume days to begin with.

Is there any Whey (or mass gainer) that isnt filled with extra shit?

The closest thing iv found is Impact Whey Protein, but that has Sucralose in it which is insanely bad for you like all artificial sweeteners.

I have to start giving up my computer gaming, it has gotten better in the last year but recently my internet went to shit and I think it's going to be the driving force to help me quit.

Last year on steam I played about 110 hours/2 weeks and now I'm down to 40 hours/2 weeks. Still too much.

Hey, folks. I built a home gym and started lifting about a month and a half ago, and a lot of the progress I've made I attribute to the advice from /fit/. I switched it up today and tried 3x5, and I managed to squat my first full plate. Not even close to impressive, but considering I started with a naked bar 6 weeks ago, I'm quite proud of myself.

So thank you for all the help. 4.5 months to go on my first 6 month goal and I'm feeling great.

Reduces bone density and makes you more prone to injury
Causes atherosclerosis and increases blood pressure

but also makes it much easier to cut. I quit smoking and I gained like 20 lbs.

There is no point trying to get fit if your disabled/deformed in some way right ? I have bilateral cleft feet and hand. Added difficulty in running and doing lunges. Balance sucks. Can't do push ups/ pull ups without added effort. I thought it would be easy anons but i dont think I'm gonna make it.

I buy these hard boiled eggs that are 60 calories per egg. A single serving is one egg. I've been eating like six or seven servings of these things on nights that I haven't eaten a lot, yeah it bumps my calorie count but it's also a good source of protein without getting the sugar in shakes/bars.

I read somewhere that it's good to sleep on protein. Thoughts? Is it stupid to just eat protein like thirty hours before my daily 3mi run if I'm trying to cut calories?

If I'm eating really healthy stuff does it even matter if I go over on calories? Remember I'm asking about trying to lose weight, none of that bulking/overeating stuff I have yet to learn about

For reference: ate about 1500 calories today, TDEE is somewhere between 2000 and 2400 (going off both the website and what my watch tells me), decided "fuck it" and ate 360 calories worth of eggs at night because I was bored and slightly hungry
