I don't get it after squats, but it does happen when I bust out a really intense set. My heart is racing and I can't catch my breath and my body is producing crazy amounts of chemicals.

Hey brahs, I've got a month of NEETing out, and I wanna dedicate that to burning the last remnants of my fat. I've been on a cut for a few months now and have had great progress. How can I boost my fat burning for the next month?? Here's what I've had in mind so far:

>40 minute jog each morning before breakfast
>fatburner pills
>keeping calories at a tight 2000
>swimming almost every day, MMA practice twice a week
>PPL on top of swimming and MMA

Anything else brahs??

Cut out the jogging, you're burning energy that can be used for muscle maintenance.
Cut the MMA practice too if you can.
Low calorie dieting with your PPL is your best bet. Be careful if by fat burners you mean like Cardarine, DNP, etc.

I go back to college in a week and I'm considering going full cocoon mode.

Focusing on studying, stretching, mental health, and most importantly, lifting and eating a shit ton.

I've already deleted all social media. It's a waste of time, but also I don't want to be tempted to post anything.

I want to totally transform and shock everyone when they see me later in the year.

Does anyone have /cocoon mode/ stories?
I'm 145 lbs and I want to gain as much mass as I can. My goal would be to get to 170 lean by the end of the year. I might not get there, but I'll get as close as I can.

yes. they are a great mobility exercise. they make leg raises much easier and increase your ROM. use only enough weight for a good stretch though. don't fall for the idea that everyone is doing a milllion pounds as most pictures include some idiot doing hurr durr 2 plate. actually 10-20 kg is plenty in the beginning. focus on form and slow tempo.

I've had this conflict in recent times...I've been thinking about getting a PS4 or XBOX1 to have some games to play plus a decent thing to play netflix/whatever off of. Video games suck because there are so many better things you can be doing with your time, but they're soooo fun...I can't have them around or I'll lose interest in my other hobbies like playing guitar and reading and shitposting on 4chan. But ultimately it boils down to being a fucking moneypit that causes me to avoid them.

Depends on the game. Games that have you solve puzzles and challenges are like brain games and are actually beneficial. Games that are 90% cutscene and jam packed with multiculturalism and feminism and other gamergate propaganda are about as good for your brain as a lead sandwich.

Hey /fit/. What do you do if your long term girlfriend gets fat and won't go to the gym? She wasn't really fit when I met her, but she at least had a normal body.
