Was snaking on some jerky trying to be healthy and notice fuzzy white mold on my fourth piece. Looking in the bag, everything had spots of white fibrous mold in varying sizes.

A West Australian bodybuilder's death has been partially blamed on her high intake of bodybuilding supplements and protein shakes.

Meegan Hefford, 25, had ramped up her workouts and restricted her diet in preparation for a bodybuilding competition next month.

She was found unconscious in her Mandurah apartment in June and died in hospital three days later, Perth Now reports.

How can I very QUICKLY go from about 12-14% body fat to the coveted 6-8% range?

I want abs that will turn heads. I'm already happy with my chest and arms, but abs take more than just muscle to look good. You have to cut, and cut hard.

youre not gonna get much size unless you do weighted dips and weighted chins, or you work up to like gymnastic bodyweight stuff
