What is the best exercise for building lats and upper back? Bw rows got me some noob gainz, but I wanna have a second opinion on this, as I have always wanted to have a broader back. On a side note, I have nowhere to do pull ups at home but there is this park that is 5min from here, where I often go. It has a bunch of this exercise machines that allow you to do leg raises, dips, push ups and pull ups.
Would It work that whenever I go there I did 3 sets of 8 pull ups? This question is based on advice a friend of mine gave me.
Aside from that, I swim on weekends, so that should help.
