At the time of posting I weigh 250-263. I've completely changed the way I've been eating since 3 weeks ago. I now only eat 3-4 granola bars, maybe some crackers and I'll sometimes sit down for a "meal." The problem is that I haven't lost a single pound.

Does protein expire /fit/? I got a protein from more than a year sitting there, I quit the gym for reasons, but it is still there, and it was expensive and I am broke and I can't really afford a new shake right now.

If the protein powder is still sealed and has been stored in a cool, dry environment, then it should be perfectly fine to consume for quite a long period of time past the expiration date that is listed

Because when you're closer you're focusing on really small details and imperfections (Which everyone has by the way), whereas when you're further away you can't really notice them. An eye being off by like a millimetre or two looks weird when you're standing 10cm away from the mirror, but you won't notice it as much when you're a meter away.
