So I was thinking, a lot of really lean bodybuilders look really really dry. They get vascular as fuck and look peeled when dry.
As I was making my creatine shake just now, I noticed a little packet of desiccant in the container, and it got me thinking...
Why not eat desiccant for dem dryness gains? I mean shit can't be that bad for you and maybe there is a food safe version available that we don't know about?

I go to a shitty ass normie gym because that's all there is near me, it doesn't have proper platforms. The for is coated with about an inch of rubber.

I've deloaded around a thousand times and have been eating at a surplus any tips to break the plateau would be appreciated
Low weight high reps.
Heavy singles.
Sleep more.
Find out what part of your body is shitty and focus on building that muscle groups strength.
I also do swim in the morning for a team but I am getting hours of rest in between these swim and weight sessions

I've hit 30 days off consistent dieting and training after a year hiatus. My goal is 200 lbs by the end of the year.
Is an initial extra weight gain at the start of a bulk normal? I'm trying to hit 1 lb/mo but my chart makes it look like I've gained 6-9 in a month.
I'm also curious about this.. Similar situation had a long hiatus from lifting and went a little spooky skelly. Wondering if a lot of it is water/glycogen that was previously depleted from undereating. Not trying to do a dreamer bulk but am up about 9 lbs in a month and a half.

I'm pretty fat and I'm about to start my diet, which I know I can keep, and I'm about to start excersising at reasonable intervals. But the only problem is in doing this to lose fat but nothing ever comes off, I need this really bad. Is there anything to save my soul, such as fiber or something?
