Rate routine. Bear in mind I'm cutting as I'm fat still.
Monday: Chest press machine, chest flies machine, bicep/hammer curls
Thursday: long row machine, lat pulldown machine, tricep extentions
I cycle the other days, I used to lift 4 times a week but it was way too much I got DOMS hard and constantly plus came into the gym too weak often.

I am a recovering cancer patient. I have a 44 pound dumbbell and no muscle mass. I can't even do a pull up. Will doing DB Rows with that 44 DB make me strong enough to do a pull up?

I also do some push ups and DB squats.

Also build up to a pull up. So build grip strength by just hanging onto the bar. Once you can do that do negatives. Basically you start at the top and slowly lower yourself.
Keep doing pushups and squats

I CURED MY BINGE EATING DISORDER

Ive always been fat but as an adult struggled with regurlar binge eating and struggled to not get morbidly obese(little did i know sushi was more of a problem than my overeating because of all the mayonaise)

Did the ADF fasting for 8 weeks, had to stop cuz i got a headache from choosing to eat a regurlar amount of calororiess on my noneating days once i got away from my toxic families eating environment.

Around the middle of the way through the ADF fasting i was gaining weight, thought it was from overeating only, but it was also because i was eating loads of freaking sushi...


When i decided to stop doing the adf fasting and trying my best to eat meals i discovered i could wait between meals and not feel so freaken hungry AND I FELT FULL AFTER REGURLAR PORTIONS(part of my success can be attributed to me trying to fix my ingrained childhood problematoc mindset and psychosis by trying to make myself reborn and seeing every day as a new day)

Ive completely reset my body and mind.
The rest of me just has to get grounded and process it all.
Its so overwhelming having so much changes.
Anyway thank you /fit/.

So i've been on this for about two weeks now. already noticing gains. but my lifts are going DOWN.

Its fucking tiring me out. I think i'm just not use to it yet. any one have long term experience with this?

I'm probably blind, but I don't see it in the sticky.

I've lost a lot of weight and gotten to the point I can do multiple sets of squats and situps without wanting to walk like an old man the next day.

Thing is, when I squat, I find I have to go up onto my toes to make it down, and from watching others staying on the flat of their feet I know it's bad form and I won't be able to squat weights that way. I'm also unable to lift my legs past a certain height, bend over fully, ect. It's all lower body based.

Now, it could just be I need to work on my flexability as I've been out of shape since school, or it could be that when I was a kid at karate I was forced suddenly into complete (legs out each way) splits the douche instructor and could never even cross my legs on the floor comfortably from then on, or the motor accident that left me hung over a wall with crushed discs in my spine.

Maybe? I mean, when I try to keep my feet flat, I just find my knees won't bend past a certain point. It's not even painful. They just won't budge anymore.

I mean my legs are getting nice and toned from just squatting onto the toes, but that's just my own bodyweight and is still probably fuckign my feet even if i feel fine now.

So I need to dramatically increase my cardiovascular endurance within the next 3 months. I used to run every day, about 1.5 miles between a walk and run. Takes me about 16 minutes. Should i be trying to run greater distances, or running multiple times per day? Or is there another endurance builder to help me get fit? I always end up out of breath after about 3/4 of a mile, and I need to fix it soon.

than do two days on, one off. continue til you can do it in a good time
increase days on til you can do it every day without hindering the next days run.
3 months is enough time to do this.
if you're doing this for military stuff, I strongly suggest doing weighted walks, pushups and pullups too. wouldn't be a bad idea to go to the gun range some too.

Yes on military. My endurance and some spiteful recruiters caused me to be temporarily discharged at one point, right before boot camp. I'm in it again for a second shot.
