I really despise the taste of whey protein. It is disguisting. All flavours. I just hate whey. I even tried pic related which is the best whey protein but still tastes like garbage. Anyone able to reccomend any other types of protein powerder with a better taste?

I think i should try another protein poweder source... which one should i go for? Casein, soy, hemp, or pea.

Im looking to mix the protein powder with whole milk. I dont care about the protein content too much, just as long as it is above average, i just care about taste. Tell me whichever one tastes the best and ill try it out

I hate the lumpy texture I get from a shaker bottle, but whenever I blend it with the blender at my house, I get like a perfectly smooth milkshake consistency that tastes pretty good.

And bonus is if you are blending you can add fruits like bananas and strawberrys for extra flavor and protons.

Im planning an aggressive cut, probably going for 1600 calories on an intermittent fast where I eat in the day and stop at around 5. What routine would be best for this and what time would lifting be best? in my eating window or later in the day.

My Tdee is around 2200, i'd say a 600 calorie deficit lies on the more aggressive side? considering I also do cardio

I just started taking my first supplements today, namely protein and creatine. Thing is, I smoke at least one joint every day, most of the time right after a workout when I'm supposed to be taking supplements.

I wouldn't do exclusively soylent but just use it as a substitute for some meals. My coworker drinks it. Most people say it tastes gross, but you could shotgun it like a beer and be fine.
