Have you ever considered opening your own gym? Do you think it would be a satisfying endeavour for you? What would be the unique spin of your gym?
Personally, I would love to open a gym, but in my city it'd probably had to incorporate some meme fitness classes like crossfit or zumba to stay afloat, and that just feels like selling out your soul.
As for unique spin, I'd add track for farmer walks + sled pushing/pulling, I literally didn't find decent gym with this kind of thing in entire country.

I thought about a "fitness mall" once. Basically a large space (possibly a warehouse so it could be easily remodelled with partitions) divided into different areas or rooms that personal trainers, martial arts instructors, dance instructors etc could rent out to teach their classes.

Customers would pay a monthly membership that would give them a set amount of hours per week they could allocate however they want, but the main weight room would be available for unlimited use. So if for example you want to take the occasional boxing classes but don't want to pay for a full boxing gym membership you could use your hours allowance to attend a boxing class at the "mall".

On the other side of the deal, the benefit for the boxing coach is he can have his own place with cleaning, equipment, maintenance etc all taken care of. In the above example, let's say the membership costs 40/month and that gives you a 7hr allowance per week. This week one of those hours was spent on the boxing class, so the boxing coach gets a small share of that member's monthly payment. If next week the member decides to try some rock climbing or whatever, the rock climbing instructor gets a share and so on. The main difference is that each coach wouldn't be an employee of the company but rather a client too because he is bringing in his clientele and they're paying a full membership for the gym.

Obviously this is just something I thought about and didn't go into too much details. Don't even know if it has the potential to work, because the volume of clients would need to be very high to make this profitable. Maybe I'm just being autistic, but I know for a fact a lot of private health clinics use a model similar to this: a doctor is allowed to have his own consulting room within a clinic, but he only gets like 20% of a patient's payment, the rest goes to the company that holds the clinic and provides the facilities, branding etc.

It does. I think I get fatigued faster. But also it looks like shit, so yeah, though most girls are usually more curious about the scars on my sides from the first surgery than about the gap.

ITT tips to eat when you're not hungry


Every single search I make is for the opposite: fatties who can't stop eating.

I'm the exact opposite, no matter what I do, how much I exercise, I sleep and work, I don't get hungry.
It's actually fucking annoying, since my TDEE is supposed to be around 2240 (+500 if I want to build up, according to the sticky) but I can barely manage to force myself to eat up to 1700. (Yeah, I'm a manlet, 120 lbs and BMI 19.1)

Started going to the gym 4 days a week for around 3 hours each time, thought my body would react and say "oh, dude, you need to eat something" but I don't. Tried to force myself yesterday, ended up puking all night and actually felt better after my stomach emptied up. Bit of lemon water to fix the pH and I could sleep normally.

Am I condemned to be a weak loser all my life and only be able to survive during food scarcity or can I build up ?

How do you faggots eat when you're not hungry, if that ever happens to you?

1L whole milk
120g whey
128g peanut butter
80g honey
140g oats (blend these dry first to powder them)
and blend it.
With my brand of peanut butter it comes out to 2692 calories. Split it into 2 servings and have both in a day, between meals.

Beginner here. I did some dumbbell pullovers 8 days ago and my arms have felt very sore when I bend them behind my back/head since last Sunday.
I guess I got an inflammation or something but it should be gone now?
