I know dat feel, arms look literally like pic related (chest and torso is borderline skinny fat), I struggle with curling and gas out pretty fast after doing my first set of curls. Shitty part is I can squat for days, I was almost to two plates before I got out of the military but could only curl 35 lbs for 4 sets before my arms couldn't go anymore. fat fuck here. if i stick to a daily calorie limit, does it make a difference how many meals i eat?

Doesn't matter, I split mine up at around 500, 750, 750 so I don't feel hungry during the day.
Eating one giant meal and going hungry the rest of the day is going to be harder to stick with.
I usually aim for three meals of 450-500 with a 200-300 calorie snack around 8PM. During the day I'm too busy to feel hungry between meals, and in the evening when I'm just lazing around it's nice to have some extra calories for a snack when you feel hunger pangs.

do i need to make contact (through either momentum or strict control) with my chest to get benefits or is simply clenching the back muscles at the top of the movement (roughly 4 inches) away from my chest good enough? some days i can make the contact but some days i do not, but it stills feel worthwhile without contact.
