I just fucked up my shoulder.

My dumb and lazy ass just tried to shut off a light switch while in bed. I have a small reach so I extended fully to reach it, when I did, I felt discomfort in my shoulder and fell out of bed.

It doesn't hurt bad at all but when I extend my airs directly upwards it feels.... off. Also for a split second the pain shot down my shoulder to my lower back.

Should I still lift this week? I planned on doing chest tomorrow.

Top kek, let me end this thread with one post. No! women don't have enough reasons to get fit like men. They aren't required or taught to look muscler in the slightest. All they care about is how light they weigh. If anything, women will continue to find excuses not to bother with any form of physical labor. Women are on their way to becoming less healthy and fat.

But I could honestly say the same thing about men. Encase you guys haven't noticed, but the age of Arnold and the action movie heroes aren't about no more. Since this used to be /Health and Fitness/ I will post my dilemma here. I have had hemorrhoids for the past few weeks, recently developed an anal fissure and now something else. I know the soap I use has been irritating my skin in between my legs, but this is something else entirely. All the skin around my bung hole is blood red and there is a rash present. There seem to be bumps or sores around the area too. It is not an STD or anything like that, I believe it is related to the strain when I go, but I cannot be sure. All the skin is definitely irritated, along with my hemorrhoids it is quite unpleasant. I hope its not an infection, but I can't tell. There does not seem to be any serious or even noticeable swelling, just irritation. Anyone have a similar experiance? What do you recommend I do? I am poor so doctor should be last resort.
