Kettlebell swing tabatas are the best. Do these 2-3x times per week, 20s of as many (correct) reps as possible at a semi-challenging weight, 10s rest. Repeat 12-15x. You'll feel like vomiting afterwards. Best HIIT ever.

Just started getting into light climbing, nothing really crazy. It's still a lot harder than it looks.
Is a high volume routine like PPL detrimental if my calories are too low (<2000) 6ft tall lightly active (I walk about an hour every day, to and from the gym, and sometimes into the city which is ~30minutes).
I bulked hard and made a lot of gains but am around 18% bodyfat now (200lbs). Maintenance is around 2300-2500.
Yeah. Will PPL fuck my gains if I keep doing it while I cut?
Just try it. Everybody is different. If you get too sore and tired cut out some volume. If not, good for you.
