At the beginning of July I started to bulk up by eating 500 cal above my TDEE every day.
This is causing me problems as the change in diet makes me need to poo 5-7 times a day (which is very inconvenient).
Anyone else have this issue when they are trying to bulk? Is it normal or could it be a medical issue (thought it could be IBS but I never have constipation and only have pain when I have to hold in the poo during a meeting at work, etc)?
For reference, I'm 6'3 and 155 lbs.

Yes, it's literally calories, the same as food.
Just make sure you hit your micro and macro nutrient needs or whatever.

If you can hit macros having 2 shake meals good on you, I know I can but it's more affordable for me to actually just have a proper meal as the amount of fruit I have to buy for 1.2-1.4 calories of shakes every day is way too expensive

Drink tons of water before every snack/meal. enough to make you feel kinda full. Eat veggies, greek yogurt, chicken(or any lean meat you prefer), broccoli, Omega-3, and read the sticky (seriously, its helpful).
oh and exercise, just run a lot or something like that.
