Because of being addicted to eating my max weight was 387lb
Two years ago I started to lose weight lost some gained some but now I weigh in a happy 230lb
But the way I have been loseing it makes me feel bad and guilty
The whole reason of loseing weight was because my blood sugar was always high
and blood presure too
I had stomach pains because of ulcers and other GI problems/
so every time I ate I hurt an hour later
so I stoped eating,But when I would lose 10lbs and feel great I would order A pizza
extra cheese that type
one night crying I orderd a pizza.
I started to take my first bight but then.
I told my self I would not hurt anymore
nor gain weight,
So I stuffed the pizza in my mouth,I know its sounds stubid bare with me
I was moaning like a virgins first time.
and right before I would swollow I would spit it out in a store bag,and I "ate" the whole pizza
I really just wasted 12 bucks by spiting it out in a bag
between spiting out the food every 4 or so bites I would eat a little bread or fruit
so now every time I get a craving I buy what ever then spit it out in a bag
I eating verry little now a days.
I think I and others get addicted to food because the taste makes us feel good

Im on a cut rn and This is basically what I eat on a daily basis ( including the popcorn ) . I usually include tuna or chicken in there but I was out today which is why im gonna low on protein. I do IF and I usually just eat popcorn and frozen vegtables then I eat a giant meal of a combination of Oats,cheerios (or whatever cereal I have), cocoa,pb2,yogurt Because I like being full before I go to sleep. Any recommendations?

I'm 5'11" at 183 LB and I've been lifting (very little cardio) consistently for exactly two months. I'm on the border between healthy weight and overweight, and I'm nowhere near toned. I have not seen significant fat loss during the two months I've been lifting. I have cut out the majority of sweets and soft drinks that I used to consume significantly but have not gotten any leaner. Do you recommend that I just do a straight cut and then bulk, vice versa, or keep trying to lose fat while gaining muscle at the same time?

it's almost like you need to make sure that you actually eat at a deficit consistently for a longer period of time to lose weight
ive been working out but not losing weight for 2 months how long does it take for me to actually start losing weight
I'd say about twenty five years when you finally die considering you give no other information and are probably doing everything wrong
I've been lifting/losing weight for about 6 months. I wasn't obese or anything starting out. Chubby with a beer gut and double chin. Basically a dad bod in my mid-20's. As I lifted/ran to get in better shape, I noticed women out in public would be paying more attention to me. I started getting 4-5x the attention on online dating, and with girls that are way better looking than I used to match with. At this point, I've lost 35 pounds, have some muscle definition, and improved posture. I'd say I'm objectively better looking.
Here's the weird part. Women I actually know have started treating me funny. Some are more flirtatious with me. In general, women that used to be friendly to me have become essentially cold, rude, and sometimes hostile.
Also, REALLY hot women in general were usually friendly to me before, in a non-sexual way I'm guessing. Now I'm almost invisible to very attractive women in any interactions.
Has anyone else experienced this shit after getting /fit/?
