What is the best food(s) I can take to lectures and shit when classes start next week? My lunch/snacks during the lecture hour times are usually chicken and broccoli which obviously taste like ass cold.

what are your dietary goals? If you're bulking i'd suggest a couple of PB&J sandwiches, as they are discreet and easy to pound down with half a cup of water. If you're cutting, don't eat during class you colossal faggot.

Well between classes, I mean, not during. Problem is I live like 30 minutes from where the lectures are so kinda awkward to come back and make lunch only to go back in.
Lectures usually run between 9 and 5 can I really skip eating all through this time? I feel like I should be eating every few hours even when cutting

Please don't do anything stupid because of my stupid idea, which is: to mix a C4 serving & a sip.
Earlier this year, i used to take 2 sips, one before and another during the workout. i didn't sip in 3+ months. i take a single serving of C4 now before a workout, but i do not last as much as i did on dual sips.
did anybody try mixing both?
how much death can i expect if i ever do so?

How do i increase it? Should Ido a max effort set each session and add a rep or do a set of 8 then a couple sets of 7 and try adding reps to the second and third set each session.

i do 50s for about 5-15, 60s for about 5-10, and then i can bang out 5-10 with the 70s. i don't really do shrugs or raises of any kind. i would recommend using a bench at an incline, not the chair so that you can use less strict form, making a bit of an arch at your back. i also put the weights on my knees, and stand up slightly so that i can pop them up better if you don't have a spotter. idk. i was doing the 65s for a while, but then the 70s became my highest weight.

Anyone feel selfish lifting? Been lifting off and on the past 3 years (more on than off) and I just feel selfish lately. During a bulk I cram food in, making sure I hit my numbers etc. Meanwhile in some countries people can't even afford food. Not to mention this is all for vanity too. All this for muscle. Yes I do feel good physically being in shape/muscular but do any of you feel selfish at all doing this? Serious replies only.

It's not even expensive to donate food to food banks and I mean like going personally to hand the food, they'll treat you like an angel. Don't just donate by clicking on some online website, it's likely a front, and even if it's not, it just doesn't feel the same.
