Every time.

You need to have an insane amount of muscle endurance to be able to do 100 proper pushups going all the way down. Never met anyone who could do it.

I can but for what purpose? I can also do 28 pull ups but what purpose does that serve? if I can do more then 10 reps I add weight because I only care about gains.

Push ups, done with truly proper form, are actually quite difficult. Plus, form is always better than number of reps, at least when it comes to body-weight stuff.

It's better to do a tougher version of the push-up (like archer push-ups) than to work on volume, especially if by doing volume form is shit.

It would be a very healthy diet if it wasn't ruined with that carcinogenic flesh-of-the-innocent.

What are your guys thoughts on this guy and his routine? It's 15 minutes of carido where afterwards he recommends one of the meals from his books. I had a quick read of one and the recipes seemed ok but they have 0 nutritional information, which sort of eliminates the point of everything when calories in calories out is king. Are there any proven results with this or is he just a meme?

You seem like you know the basics. Keep it simple. By all means if there are good, nutritionally sound recipes in there, use them. But don't fall prey to stupid dogma like this.

how do you activate your glutes?

so maybe this is just because i'm always exhausted after work and tuesdays are a bad day for lifting because of the working lol. but like. doing my glute bridges today i really felt them hard in my right hamstring. like maybe close to pulling a muscle? couldn't even tell if my glutes were activating at all really because my attention was all on that hamstring.

and maybe it's because i'm ego lifting? glute bridges are my heaviest lift and i feel pretty badass doing 193lbs lifts. should i scale it back next time to really work on glute activation?

i don't really know what to do here. it's frustrating trying to activate my glutes. anyone else like this? also is it normal for preworkout to make you feel sick to your stomach and kinda close to fainting? close to fainting especially when doing squats.

Weak guy here, is it possible to get strong and fit?
I am going to be honest, i am weak. and also in the mind. i might be able to lift 50 kg for a few seconds or sprint 100 meters before exhaustion.
I went to a gym before but it was a waste of money in my opinion. I could use machines on lightest settings for maybe 10 minutes before going home.

Where do i begin? im still young ish and dont want to end up fat and alone.
