Just how accurate are bodyfat calipers? I've done the measurements for a week now and gotten consistent results using 3 different calculations. But the number seems much lower than it should be given my height and weight.
Not very accurate, but good to use to track progress or to check if you're getting gay during a bulk.
I got 6% bf from the calculations. Going by the bodyfat images, in more like 13-15%.

I feel like I'm not making any progress, especially on my bench. I have never been able to go above 145, and been resseting too 135 for like 2 months. Deadlifts and Squats are going up but slowly.
Am I just a weak bitch? Do I need too eat more? I used to be pretty fat and lost 50 lbs from summer to winter last year, I'm scared if I eat too much I want to get fat again.

I also record every squat and deadlift work set to make sure my form is perfect. From watching form videos on the internet, 99.9999% of people don't squat correctly, so I tend to not believe e-stats on squats especially. There was even a thread where a guy posted a VIDEO of his squat form on /fit/, which was not to parallel by SS standards, and still half the thread argued that it was, in fact, parallel. So yeah don't believe anyone's squat numbers without video evidence.

385 calories, 66.5 grams of carbs and 24.5 grams of protein
66.5 * 4 + 25.5 *4 = 368 (numbers given by mfp)
Now of those 66.5 grams of carbs, 28 are fiber which can't be digested, and thus can't give me calories. So really it should be 38.5 * 4 + 25.5 * 4 = 256 calories.
So shouldn't they advertise 256 calories instead of 385?

Soluble fiber digested by bacteria = 2 cals/g
Insoluble fiber= 0 cals/g.
Now figure out how much of the dietary fiber is soluble and how much of that is digested by intestinal bacteria to determine the caloric value of fiber in red kidney beans.
