I have anterior pelvic tilt due to me sitting in a chair for probably more than 60% on the entire day
When I walk more than 2 kilometers, my lower back feels sour and really hurts.
Few weeks ago, I started doing some exercises for APT and my back hurts the same as when walking too much.
Could I fix my APT by just walking much more? And running? Just sitting less?

Kek, probably not in itself.

My APT really fucks with my form. I have to really, really concentrate during squats, diddly, ohp, et al..

I have to consciously keep my seated position adjusted and use my glutes and hip flexors + lower abs to hold my body neutral when walking. Its annoying as fuck.

I really hurt my back a few weeks ago because of ATP leaking into all my lifts. Now i've recovered i'm autistic about it.

What can I do to drop cleans and snatches in my garage gym without waking up the whole block? Especially since I like to lift at night. I already have a 1 inch rubber on my platform and bumper plates. Are there some kind of crazy durable pillows I can buy or anything?

Hey /fit/
I'm new to this board so please bear with me and hear me with too much banter. I'm open for any input though obviously.

One month ago I used to be 1.77m/5,8ft with 84kg/185,19 pounds. So I wasn't morbidly obese but definitely overweight. I decided to do something about that and changed my diet and started to "workout" a bit.

I cut meat down to 3 of 7 (before about 5of7, mostly minced meat) days a week and started jogging for 45 minutes every other day. The days I'm not jogging I decided to do some basic workout at home (crunches etc. real basic stuff, but also for about 45 minutes)

Ive been sticking to this routine for 35 days now and lost just 1,5 kg. This baffles me a bit...I'm sure that there is a lot of improvements to be done and I'm more than willing to change my approach if it doesn't lead to a lot more time involved.

I suppose my beerdrinking habit could be a major factor of influence here. I drink about 5 beers a week (0,5 litres per beer) usually along with meal. well I really love beer, it's quite uncommon for me to drink more than one beer per day though. Drinking more than 3 beers at once happens probably every third month when I go out.

Not op but posting some god tier recipe. Behold red lentil mousse:
>0.5 kg lentils
>100 grams of hemp seeds
>1-2 avocados
>3-5 red onions depending on size
>a tomato or two
>lemon juice
>fresh garlic1-6 cloves depending on taste
>2 tablespoons of olive oil
>curry and chili powder and some other spices depending on taste.

>boil lentils and throw everything else to blender
>after 15 mins of boiling drain the lentils and throw them to blender too
>blend the shit out of it until it has the same consistency as chocolate mousse
>if too thicc add more lemon juice

It goes really well with allmost everything, is easy to make and has god tier macros.

>fats 80
>cost for me was around 4½ euros.
