Im gaining weight on carbs but im not getting fatter?


I was on low carb diets for years but now im on ADF fasting and eating carbs and am 115 kg (use to be 107kg) now what the fuck i have not been exersizing.

Why every time I have fish for lunch I have better workouts? I mean more weight and more reps. Could i have some nutritional deficiency? I noticed this being true for me very consistently and I'm 90% sure its not placebo.

Ive not been here for about 18 months because it turned into a shithole full of beta cucks masquerading as hood niggas. Have I missed anything? I understand ricanto piciarito has cucked himself.

Also what body weight exercises can I do for my back? I work out at home now because lifting is a meme and doesn't get you anywhere in life, but a lot of you cunts haven't realised that yet. Pullups aren't an option because I'm not a manlet. I generally eat well and do bodyweight exercises so I have decent pecs and core. But my backs a bit shit.

Hi /fit/

A couple of weeks ago I asked /fit/ for some honest feedback on my deadlift form. I came away with some good advice which I have applied to my deadlift workouts since.

I was hoping I could do the same for my squat form. I'll post a link to the video below but basically I feel like the bar shoots forward when I'm pressing up from the bottom squat position.

Pay special attention to what he says about keeping your back tight and bending the bar into you, because you're not doing that.
What you do before you squat down is the most important aspect of the lift, at least that's what I think.

ever since the month started, ive been having a harder time keeping control of my hunger. i've gained 10 pounds over the past 2 weeks, and today i went and did it
i had half a pizza on top of everything i normally eat. i felt like such a fat piece of shit i ended up purging in the bathroom.
