I've got hypothyroidism but I want to lose weight, I've tried before but the fact that I got this thyroid problem shit makes it pretty difficult, what are some things I can do to lose weight?
I've thought about using DNP, but it seems a little risky but it keep crossing my mind.
I've tried counting calories and stuff, but it doesn't give much result.

It only measured gains for flaccid state. If you attach a weight to your ear lobe it will stretch. It's still the same overall volume though. If you were to say fill the ear lobe with water it would expand to the same degree as before you stretched it.

that's probably good. don't go into keto, and with that amount of carb you shouldn't
if you want to cut more carbs out due to high daily calorie intake, I'd suggest finding lower calorie foods in general. cutting out carbs completely is pants on head stupid.

Tortillas, especially white ones, have too many calories (around 250kcal per wrap) which is like 500 calories just in bread for a decent meal - Way too much if you're trying to cut. There are better staples like brown rice that are more filling and have less calories and they also taste nice with cheese and beans.
