Hey can anyone here make heads or tails of my testosterone bloodwork? I see low end total test, a nice low-ish SHGB, and a pretty normal amount of free test. Gimme your own analysis and advice if you want. This was done as a part of routine blood work, and I have no symptoms of low-t.

Total testosterone matters little. It's like counting the entire weightset of the gym in your squat total. That's just stupid.
Free testosterone is the only bioavailable testosterone, and you have no symptoms of low T because your free test is a lot above the low end.
SHGB also doesn't really matter. The higher SHGB the more total test will be bound by it, so the least free test you will see.
Total test is how much time you spend in the house
SHGB is how much vidya you play, how long you daydream, shitpost on the chins, etc
Free test is your school grade

There's conflicting studies on whether your body can takw all the nutrition in at once or not. To be on the safe side split half in the morning and half in the evening.
