You're not just overweight, you're OBESE. Don't bother fasting, and stick to a diet. Aim for 100kg, then once you get to 100kg, aim for 95kg, then 90kg, and so on. Just like your food, take your journey slowly in digestible and consumable amounts.

I used to drink nothing but Raw milk and oats in my ultimate bulking phase. Ate some fruits and veggies in between. But just a shitload of raw milk and oats. I literally quadrupled in size in like two years. Then my teeth grew and I had to switch to hard foods.
