Easiest way to gain weight fast?
Whats your bulking routine?

You don't want to gain weight fast if you're not using steroids
I received a gastric sleeve operation on june 27 of this year so im 8 weeks post-op as of today.
I lost a total of 54 pounds. my starting weight was 255 and my goal is 155.
ive been feeling hunger even more as of late for the past 5 days or so. So im eating more of course its healthier foods. I dont eat chips, drink soda etc. I also got braces a month ago which helped with me eating less. So it hurts as well to bite and chew certain foods.
Im just confused as to why im feeling more hunger. I heard that it can be caused due to an excess of stomach acid or dehydration.
What can i do to feel fuller longer?
>tl;dr was a fatty lost some weight due to surgery but hunger is more frequent wat do
Just get another operation, you're obviously too weak willed to count calories and control your hunger on your own.
>>42593117
I dont understand why people would even get this. Expect for illness why wouldn't you just cut calories?
>Eat healthy and less and lose weight
>Have to fight hunger anyway
Good job permanently cutting off a part of your internal organ, tell me how bulking goes in a year
If you're hungry ypu could've just binged veggies and some fruits (like watermelon) like a normal person
AnyBODY getting good gainz having picrel only?
No gym here, doing:
- 20 Push ups 4 times
- squats for 30 secs (dont count just squating the shit out of legs)
- Plank for minute, then for 40 sec an for 30 secs
I hope you aren't being serious.
>>42593158
serious af, someone HAAALLLLPPPP

You can get 1/2/3/4 type results with calisthenics alone and then just work on getting shredded, sure, but its not gonna be amazing gains.
Ok, so here is what you can work on, if you dont have a gym
1. Work up to 10 pullups, than try to work up to 1 handed pullups
2. Work up from regular pushups to declien to diamonds to uneven/ball pushups to onehanded.
3. For squats work up to being able to do like 20 pistol squats.
4. You dont need gym for ab shit, a lot of it can be done simply bodyweight
5. Deadlifts cant be replaced properly, have fun, get fucked, gg ez no re
6. Dips are obviously good, do dips
7. Do HIIT sprints and regular cardio.
And then there are rings and a lot of work can be done on those
So yeah, you can get some decent results without a gym, but you are going to be better off just going to a gym and doing most of your work there.
>tfw just took 5000mg of creatine

So, uh, the recommended daily amount?
>>42593082
Maybe recommended by crazy steroid users who want to go bald, fuck up their livers, and die an early death from heart disease.
Post your last cheat day.
What did you eat?
>>42593024
A case of beer
two saturdays ago, are a small 3 meat pizza with cheesy garlic bread and a whole pint of Ben and jerrys (urban bourbon, no homo). and drank a 6 pack. felt good, felt bad next day.
>inb4 hurr durr I have enough willpower not to have cheat days
Two extra large slices of pepperoni pizza with a diet coke. I think all my cheat meals are going to be pizza, because a burger/fries can't be enjoyed long enough. I want to savour my meal, a cheese burger is gone in under 5 minutes.
anyone here do an EC stack? what were the results?
plz respond
I've done it.. It suppresses your appetite well which is where most of the weight loss comes from. You want to do an ECA stack, the Asprin helps mitigate the stroke risk for an just EC.. I would also look in to doing Clenbuterol or Albuterol if I were you. ECA works decent but it isn't the miracle weightloss drug I was looking for.. I didn't notice that much more of an effect vs just drinking black coffee.

Hey /fit/,
do some of you work out in the morning? If yes when do you eat? I want to start tomorrow but if I won't eat breakfast before going to the gym I fell like I do not have enough energy.
If I eat breakfast immediately before the gym I feel full and like I have to puke when contracting my core.
How does your morning routine look like?
>>42592990
I work out first thing when I wake up. If it's a cardio day I don't eat anything. If it's lifting day I'll eat a turkey sandwich.
>>42592990
if it's cardio I don't eat, if it's weights I drink a pre workout and eat either a cup of cottage cheese or 2 cups of oatmeal.
Ok, so I will just eat some oats before going to the gym.
I do only want to do weightlifiting in the morning, no cardio.
I guess the best way to do it would be eat a few oats before training and then the full breakfast after training.
When I do cardio I tend to stay at around 85% my max heart rate for about 30min, without feeling like I'm exerting myself really hard. But 85% is meant to be really high and hard to maintain for very long.
Does this mean I'm unfit or fit?
>>42592916
How do you know what your max heart rate is?
>>42592943
He overclocked his heart until it wouldn't boot then multiplied that by 0.85
>>42592943
He pushed it to the limit. (THE LIMIIIIT!)
I haven't exercised regularly in 3 years. Things are starting to get harder to do, getting tired out easier, etc... Finding the motivation to go back to the gym has been hard since a car accident a while back; with back pain getting in the way of working out.
But now that I've been healing up pretty well over the past couple years, I think its time to get back into it.
Any words of wisdom?
Don't do it.
Consult with your doctor before beginning any excercise regimen.
>>42592961
I don't have a doctor
31 y/o with epilepsy and depression. My neurologist and psychiatrist convinced me that getting into shape could help a lot with both conditions. I know I need to cut BF first before bulking. What are the best ways to cut fat. I have no idea what I'm doing.
>pic related
It's me currently
read sticky
It won't be easy since most of the fat is around the belly, and that's the hardest to get rid off.
The sticky should provide you all the answers you need.

I've read the sticky. I guess I was looking for answers more related to people with (or were with) similar situation I'm in
Professional cyclist has the biggest legs, which proves this kind of long and hard resistance training is the best for size. Always go for higher reps and/or Drop sets if you are looking for hypertrophy. The difference in hypertrophy between drop sets and rest pause sets is miniscule, but over time it adds up.
Prove me wrong (u cant)

who gives a fuck big legs look like shit
>>42592879
The guy has miostatin deficiency, thats the reason behind his quads. Look at his chest and arms and traos too, the guy is decently jacked, but he doesnt even work those bodyparts, he just does cycling. This guy could literally do anything and be fucking ripped, because the chemistry inside his body is fucked up.
itt: we share our progress with other anons because we all have a story to tell and /fit/ loves talking about themselves alright
Before pics are from a few years ago, back in HS. If theres one thing I've learned from taking steps forward is that ANYTHING helps. Meme angels and lighting aside.
Weight is in kgs because I like my sanity I already hate maths enough
>big lips
>pig nose
>asymmetrical eye depth
>Just be more confident bro
Short advice:
>desu mewing isn't a meme practice proper oral posture.
>Cutting out sugar isn't as impotent as simply not going over your deficit, have that pizza bro, just nothing else for the day, when your starting out, micros don't really seem to matter.
Stats:
Deadlift > 70
Sqaut > 85
Bench > 45 (I started benching late into my routine cause I didn't have a spotter and I was autistic about it)
How far have you come fit? Any advice for a newer but familiar guy like me?

i finally decided to stop sitting att the computer all day and train daily. there is just one problem... it hurts like hell. i can barely sit down because my asscheeks are so sore.
this is my routine if it helps
the plank for 20 secs and the pause for 10 sec, repeat that for 10 min and then rest for 2 min.
do the same thing again but for pushupps, situps and dips.
also image thread because of new computer.
>OP is asking if he is a faggot
>>42592771
You are probably extremely physically weak and have to build up gradually to become healthy again.
>i finally decided to stop sitting att the computer all day and train daily
you should gradually build up to training daily it will only have negative effects such as what you are experiencing.
