I've heard the first few hours of sleep are where the most muscle is built, is this true?

idk what you're talking about but 6 hours of sleep for muscle development is the MINIMUM

you should prehaps aim for 7-8 hours a day who ever told you that few hours is enough for building muscle is braindead

How long would it take to learn Krav Maga to a proficient level, assuming I'm already /fit/ and dedicated?

It's a system of fighting that doesn't have objective members of progression and no solid international authority. Plus, you can't practice groin grabbing or eye poking in class, so you won't be prepared to do it in the streets. Do Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing, or Kyokushin Karate instead. Those are way more useful and are easy to find proper classes for.

Aight as of late I have noticed a shitton of people saying how Deadlifts are pointless, fucks up your joints, back and all that shit.
But think about it. The deadlift is basically the fundamental function of our body and muscles. Picking some shit up. How can the one thing our muscles was literally designed to do through I don't know how many years of evolution suddenly be bad for us?

So I want to get to my Uni by bicycling on a dedicated bike trail I have near my house (no cars) but I'm horrible at biking because I had brain surgery and lost my balance.
