How mant of you feel muscle soreness after working out?
I want to eliminate it. The constant pain makes the /fit/ life unbarable. Inb4 im called a pussy. Wouldnt it be so much better to train and feel pain everyday of your life?
Me thinks less intensity and slower increases in workload will overcome the pain, but i havent testes this theory yet.

No, your body is capable of turning things into other things.
The one thing the body can't really do is take fats or sugars and turn them into protein/aminoacids, which is why they are so important.
Also forcing your body to make use of the various routes of transformation is usually a dumb idea that fucks up with hormones.
I.e. if you were to cut almost all fats and eat a lot of carbs instead, your body would still manage to turn some of the carbs into a lot of the required (and unrequired) fats. However the ludicrous amount of carbs you are ingesting would fuck up your insuline levels.
I find the best rule is to not be a fucking retard. Eating 30 eggs a day sounds retarded, so it probably is.
Cutting out all carbs sounds retarded, so it probably is.
Etc.

I've never fasted in my life, but I want to try it to get some residual body fat down.
For someone like me, what is a healthy strategy to begin? Should I try it for one day per week?
How many hours should I go without food? Should I not drink anything other than water also? What about low calorie Gatorade?
And how to break the fast? Any optimal solutions?
For my first time, should I choose a day on which I don't have anything important to do because of possible fatigue?
And lastly, is it safe to vigorously work out in the middle of a fast?
