absolutely - drinking a bit beforehand usually helps me not cum so fast. Also switching positions helps, taking it slow or just going at your own pace (even if the girl says "harder" or "faster" she really just wants you to keep fucking her in the end), breathing deeply and talking dirty all usually help as well.

Don't have many problems with my self image but I am a skinny fuck and my wrists piss me off. I've never in my entire life met another person with wrists like mine, you can clearly see the bone poking its way through my skin and an infant could probably cover its circumference with a single hand.

It's no surprise to me that I'm a skeleton since I never ate well growing up but people keep asking me about my grotesque wrists and I need to do something about it, someone once told me it looked like an alien parasite was trying to escape my flesh. On top of that I like to draw and I'm worried that some day my wrist bone will shoot through my skin and my hands will fall off, rendering me completely useless. Are there any good wrist-based exercises? If I lift weights will it help or should I just be eating more?

You can't. There's very little muscle there. It's just your DNA dude. My wrists are the same, if not smaller, and do not grow even if my upper forearm does. At least it will make any forearm muscle you have stand out.
