It has ALA Omega 3s, which is pretty much useless for the body. The body uses DHA and EPA Omega 3s, which are found in marine life such as krill and fish.
You can get DHA from Algal oil--which comes from algae that fish consume--if you're vegan or vegetarian.

I found all sorts of great spreadsheets for running beginner programs when I started a few years back but can't find anything good for girls.
I tried to just have her do SL with babby weight but she can't even diddly my oly bar. I had to help her bench 10 lb dumbbells. I want her to be able to do this at home, I have have a Rogue power rack, oly bar, shit ton of plates and dumbbells that go from 10 up to 100. Buying her 5s and 2.5s this weekend if they even make those.
Suggestions or links? I'm a huge fan of spreadsheets for tracking progress.

If that was all that it changed, then that would be great. However, there are minor changes that I can't put my finger on, that just makes people look overall uglier.
For me its been things like a few ramen noodles and something sugary, or brownies. (Yes I eat meals regularly this is just pre-workout or a boost). Regardless, food like this gives me a massive insane hardon to lift more. Fuck the calories. Unless you're working 50 sets on leg day calves quads lower back and abs you can go fuck yourself in the ass.

People obsess too much about "weight" and "calories"; It is only relevant if you want to OR be super cut or are going from couch potatoe into something slimmer.
Once you are working out, your body NEEDS energy. The whole obsession to get below 10% bodyfat and gorge on protein but cut on carbs and sugars... then get lethargic or low car bdepression...
If you go to the gym and are doing physical work, you can get a "bad meal" once in a while. If sugar or carbs help you to give the extra motivation or edge.. why not? If you are happy with your result. You're burning, likely, more energy as a regular person that is out of shape, and aren't likely eating as badly as they are.
The same with weight: muscle is heavier as fat. So, trying to get to a "target weight" is only relevant if you are only mush fat. If you have a ton of muscle on your body, the weight isn't that much of an indicator anymore of" too much fat".
If you are happy and feel good, make it through the workout. Eat what yo uwant. If you are really worried about "drying up", take BCAA to give you this extra workout boost and avoid lethargy.
If you want to feel like you have 1000X energized workout, eat a spaghetti a few hours before.
Trying to get back into fighting shape with calisthenics. I'm trying for a cleaner diet that will still supplement muscle strengthening while cutting excess flab that I've packed on. Any suggestions?
