I'll pay one of the first 5 people who guess my weight $20 on PayPal if they get it right. If two people guess it right out of the 5 then they split it. It's in increments of 5 so if I am 110 and you guess 115, you're wrong. I'll even stand on the scale afterwards to prove it.

Now on to the actual question...

I'm 5'7, 22 years old and I've been "body building" since I was 14-15 and around 20 I started focusing more on getting a boxers body instead of just trying to get big.

I wrestled in highschool and I only started amateur boxing so I could learn a different style of fighting. I ultimately want to be an mma fighter.

What should I workout to fit into that body style more? I know I need to be leaner but right now I feel like I'm too stocky to do mixed martial arts.

I know most of you just focus on bodybuilding but does anyone have any advice? I take any form of criticism in a positive way so be honest.

Yo, /fit/, I lost about 30 kg with the sticky and your advice, but now I need to lose a clothes size for next Sunday. I need to be in this suit and I'm too late to go get another or get it tailored. Fuck, I thought it would fit by now. I'm such a failure.

Is it doable? I cannot go to the gym this week because of intense work, so it's diet and supplements or nothing. Also no "read the sticky" or meme answers, it's fucking serious and I've read that sticky for years. Thanks.

Yeah but not permanently. Restrict your sodium intake to a bare minimum and buy some diuretics (natural or pharmaceutical). Eat one meal a day and/or 500+ kcal under your maintenance starting from Thursday (and don't exceed maintenance from Mon-Wed). You should be able to just barely fit into your suit by Sunday.

No diuretics just let you piss out all your excess water weight so taking them today won't really do much if you only need to get rid of your water weight on Sunday (will probably be harmful to go a week at such a depleted stage). Just follow what the pro bodybuilders/athletes do -- eliminate food and water weight as much as you can 24-48 hours before weigh-in. But yeah don't stuff your face from now till then too. Good luck man

I'm in a different boat in that I'm a heavier guy doing lots of bodyweight exercises and running.

I only have two goals -- improve my quality of life by getting stronger/having more stamina and impressing normies by doing high volume bodyweight exercies on demand.
