Who else fucking has one because THIS SUCKS! I think I have a haital(stomach) hernia and man does it suck ass. I got it doing these really intense breathing exercises I think. I basically am never comfortable, ever. Flexing my abs seems to help keep the hernia down or something at least mildly, but I can't go around flexing my abs for the rest of my life to relieve this shit. What THE FUCK guys? Keep in mind I didn't have this diagnosed, but after doing a lot of research, this has to be what it is.

Umbilical and inguinal hernia repairs are common surgeries that are usually done on an outpatient basis.
If you do not have the surgery it will only get worse. Anything you do could make the tear bigger.
For inguinal hernias, it is something that can kill you. A loop of the intestines could become tangled and the bloodflow to it cut off. While I am not certain if this is exactly the same possibility with umbilical hernias, it's not a bet I'd take
