Have I been calculating my TDEE wrong? Everyone just says to put "sedentary" for my activity level in those calculators but that's probably retarded when it has this many options.

What are the reasons behind some people developing certain muscles faster than others? I have no athletic background that would have favored my shoulders, but my OHP has always been my most advanced lift according to strstd or symmetricstrength.com

weird timing. I don't usually care of do much for shoulders. I haven't hit 2pl8 bench yet, im at 2.5pl8 squat and 3pl8 deadlift. I thought I'd start doing 5x5 1pl8 strict ohp, and no problems.
