Non meme answer. Get on a program that will give you a solid BASE of strength, and get a grasp of the most important movements(bench,dead,squat,ohp). There are a ton of options online, and after doing these programs for at least 4-6 months, move on to something else if aesthetics is your only goal.

I weigh 215 and can slam out sets of 10 easy.

If weighted pull ups are possible for skinny guys why wouldn't a heavier/fatter man be able to do pull ups too?

I think guys over 200 just don't apply themselves. They puss out and do the pulldown machine too much.

At my army AIT 3 weeks in, for some reason having a hard time. At basic no Fap was not a problem.

I think it is harder now because I met another female soldier that is DTF. I just keep thinking about it.
